The recruitment process at Yo! Inglês is simple and it includes the following steps:


1. Application - interested applicants shall submit their application through our website, which is the only official means of application at Yo! Inglês.


2. Selection - our team members will review applications, select applicants that may be a good fit for the role, and send out interview invites.


3. The Convo (or as common people refer to it, the Interview)- our team member(s) will hold 30-minute interviews with selected applicants and during that time assess their English language skills, personality, and other relevant skills.


4. Account setup - in case an applicant is hired, Yo! Inglês shall send them the contract to sign through an e-signature platform, as well as request profile information, which includes, but is not limited to, profile photos and videos. In case there is an outstanding quality check (audio, video or connection issues), the tutor-to-be should schedule it with us as soon as the issue is fixed.


6. Payment information submission - we send payments via Payoneer, so once we sign the contract, the tutor should open this account and send the information to us as soon as possible. This can be done after your account has been activated, ideally before the end of the current pay cycle, so that we can process the payment.


6. Tutor activation - as soon as the profile is complete, the applicant will receive a notification that the profile is complete - this means that they can already start opening their availability and conduct sessions!
