Your profile is how you introduce yourself to yosers—think of it as your personal storefront in the Yo! marketplace. It’s important that it's professional, accurate, and truly represents you!

How to Update Your Profile

You're in control of your profile content. Whenever you want to update your photo, video, or introduction, just send the new materials to our Tutor Squad at [email protected].

Our Moderation Process

To keep our community safe and professional for everyone, our team does a quick moderation review of all new public-facing content before it goes live. We're simply checking to make sure it meets our Community Standards (for example: photos are clear and professional, videos work correctly, and the text contains no inappropriate or misleading information).

We'll almost always approve and upload your changes right away. If there's an issue (like a blurry photo or a broken video link), we won't just say no—we'll let you know exactly why so you can make a quick fix.

Special Recognition: The Pioneer Tag

As a gesture of recognition for the very first tutors who partnered with us even before Yo! officially launched, some early tutors will receive a special "Pioneer" tag. This unique tag will appear right on your profile for all yosers to see. We don't have a fixed number of tutors who will receive this tag, as it's a special acknowledgment for our initial partners.

While we don't have anything defined yet, it's very likely that these Pioneer tutors will receive special recognition or benefits in the future as a thank you for being among our very first community members!
