New Tutor Incentive

Last Update há 4 meses

New tutors are eligible for a special incentive. The conditions are as follows:

  • Open at least 200 slots during the first month and get paid for 100 of them even if they don't get booked/conducted. This includes having

    • at least 10 slots available throughout 5 days of the week during the first two weeks

    • and at least 70 slots available per week, during the first two weeks.

  • We start counting slots from the day your account was activated up until the end of day 30 - (e.g., if your account was activated on the 4th of July, we start counting then and finish at 11:59 PM on the 2nd of August, 30 days later).

  • If you conduct more than 100 slots, you will be paid for the exact number of slots you have conducted.

  • If you open more than 200 slots, you will still be paid for 100 slots.

  • a 25-minute session counts as one slot, while a 50-minute session counts as two slots.

  • No-show sessions count for the number of conducted slots because you get paid normally for them.

  • Do not go over a maximum of 3% in the Overall Cancellation Rate (Reported cancellations only) - if you have a higher rate, you will not be eligible for the incentive.

  • There shouldn’t be any Unreported cancellations during this timeframe - if you have any, you won’t be eligible for the incentive.

  • The incentive applies to the first month only and cannot be prolonged or applied to other months. In case the 30-day period encompasses two pay cycles, and the tutor is eligible for the incentive, it will be paid out along with the second pay cycle payment, meaning it will be after the first month of tutoring is completed.

For example: you're activated as a tutor on November 21st, when the 30-day period starts. Since the current and first pay cycle ends on December 4th and the 30 days end on December 20th, you would get the incentive, if applicable, along with the December pay cycle payment, paid until January 15th.
