Session statuses

These are the statuses that you will be able to see on your dashboard:


- Empty - unedited slot

- Yep - slot available for a booking (light green color)

- ⁠Nope - unbooked slot past its due time (light gray color)

- ⁠Booked - scheduled session (green color)

- ⁠Happening - session in progress (yellow color)

- ⁠Finished - session conducted successfully (green color)

- Reported - tutor cancels or asks the admin team to cancel the session before the scheduled time; remains disconnected from Yo! Zone for 5 consecutive minutes (both session lengths); doesn't accumulate at least 20 or 40 minutes (25- and 50-minute sessions, respectively); leaves Yo! Zone after 20/45 minutes and does not return (red color).

- ⁠Unreported - tutor does not cancel or ask the admin team to cancel the session before the scheduled time and does not access Yo! Zone within 2 minutes of the session; tutor ends the session using the "End Lesson" button unjustifiably (black color). It will remain tagged as an Unreported cancellation unless you provide a valid reason for not showing up (see section Being Late and Cancellations for more information).

- ⁠Cleared Reported - session exempted from the cancellation rates (light red color)

- Cleared Unreported - session exempted from the cancellation rates (light black color)

- ⁠No-show (yoser cancels the session less than 30 minutes before the scheduled time; does not access Yo! Zone within 10 minutes of the session or remains disconnected from the Yo! Zone for 10 consecutive minutes (black color)
