Trial session guideline

We give new yosers a 25-minute free trial to make sure Yo! works for them. In case you have a trial session with a user who potentially might become a paying yoser, here are some things you can mention in case they want to hear more about our service:

• we are a Brazilian company, and our goal is to make English-speaking practice more accessible and easier to achieve in daily life.

• we have an awesome platform that offers video meetings and an in-meeting chatbox. Sessions are being recorded, and audio and video recordings are available to yosers anytime. Audio recordings are downloadable, for their convenience.

• we are working on creating an all-around-the-globe community of tutors who will be there to assist learners 24/7.

• yosers will have a chance to meet people from various countries and diverse backgrounds - and all this from the comfort of their own home, car or coffee shop (options are limitless)!

• our sessions are freestyle, meaning that tutors and yosers can talk about anything or use one of the many available materials from our library or their own.

• sessions are 25 minutes or 50 minutes long.

• Yosers can rate the tutor and post comments regarding their sessions

• we have a helpful Customer Support team who assists yosers in whatever issues they may have.
