The tutor’s account will be deactivated if they do not conduct sessions for 45 days. This means the tutor should conduct at least one session within 45 days to keep their account active. To have the account reactivated, the tutor should contact us through email ([email protected]).
If the tutor has been inactive for 6 months or more, they will do not need to sign the contract again in order for their account to be reactivated, but please note that if your account gets deactivated, reactivation is not guaranteed. Should you wish to rejoin, we will review your file and assess our current needs to determine if reactivation is possible.
