Connection and equipment

All our tutors should have a stable internet connection to conduct sessions. Regarding internet speed, it should be at least 25 Mbps against any of the São Paulo servers (download speed). One of these sites can be used to check the internet speed:

3. https://www.bandwidthplace.com/

Other must-have equipment includes a good-quality webcam and headphones, but tutors may also use the integrated camera on their laptops and earphones if the video and sound quality are good. As long as yosers can see and hear you crystal-clear, anything goes. If you experience a technical problem during one of the sessions, you should resume it as soon as possible and apologize to the user.

💡If we receive a complaint regarding your connection or video/audio quality, we will contact you to schedule a quality check. If you do not respond or show up for the scheduled check, we will be forced to block your schedule to avoid more complaints until you guarantee us that any such troubles are fixed.
