Trial sessions are your chance to make a fantastic first impression and potentially gain a new regular yoser! Here's a quick rundown on how they work and some optional tips to help you shine.
We give every new yoser a special trial ticket to book their first session and see what Yo! is all about. Normally, this will be a 25-minute session. However, you might occasionally see a 50-minute trial booked on your schedule. This can happen if a yoser has other tickets available (for example, from a gift or promotion, or they have bought tickets as they registered to use the service) and uses them along with their trial ticket. Just check the session length on your dashboard as you normally would!
Tell Them All About Yo! (If They Ask)
It's common for new yosers to be curious about the platform. If they ask for more information during a trial, here are some key points you could share:
