Welcome to the Yo! community and to the Tutor Help Center! This center is all about making our platform a great, safe, and reliable place for both tutors and yosers. Our job is to provide the tech that connects you with learners and to make sure everyone has a quality experience.
The policies laid out here aren't rules about how you should teach – you're the professional, and that's your call. Instead, think of them as our shared community standards. They're the baseline for professionalism and safety that protects everyone and allows great English conversations to happen.

Following these standards is a core part of your agreement with Yo! and is necessary to keep your account active and in good standing. A failure to meet these standards is considered a material breach of your agreements.
