As valued partners on the Yo! platform, we want to reward tutors who consistently provide a high volume of sessions for our yosers. That's why we have a performance bonus program.
➡️How it Works
It's simple: the more sessions you successfully conduct within a pay cycle (from the 5th of one month to the 4th of the next), the bigger the bonus you can earn. Yoser No-Shows for which you are paid count as conducted slots. Canceled slots, naturally, don't count toward this total.
Here are the bonus tiers:
100+ conducted slots | $10 bonus |
160+ conducted slots | $25 bonus |
240+ conducted slots | $50 bonus |
320+ conducted slots | $100 bonus |
➡️Eligibility Requirement
Please remember, as detailed in our Performance Metrics: Your Overall Reliability policy, maintaining a low Overall Cancellation Rate is key. To be eligible for these bonuses, your Overall Cancellation Rate for the pay cycle must not be above 3%.
