We know that transaction fees are a standard part of doing business as an independent professional. To reward our most active partners, we offer a special bonus designed to cover the Payoneer withdrawal fee when you transfer your earnings to your local bank account.
It's simple. To be eligible for the Fee Assistance Bonus in a given pay cycle, you need to have:
100 or more conducted slots within that cycle. (As always, yoser No-Shows for which you are paid count as conducted slots).
If you meet the 100-slot target, Yo! will add a bonus on top of your total invoice amount. This bonus is calculated to cover the assumed 3% Payoneer withdrawal fee, ensuring the value on your invoice is the value that lands in your bank account.
Our goal is to ensure the full amount on your invoice is what you receive. To do this, we "gross-up" your payment to account for the fee.
Let's say your total invoice amount for a pay cycle is $150.00 USD.
We calculate the grossed-up total needed. The formula is: Total Invoice Amount / 0.97 (assuming a 3% fee).
So, $150.00 / 0.97 = $154.64 USD. This will be your total payment from Yo! for that cycle.
The "Fee Assistance Bonus" in this case is $4.64.
When you withdraw the $154.64, Payoneer will deduct their fee, and you should receive the full $150.00 from your original invoice.
Please note: This calculation assumes Payoneer's fee is exactly 3%. As their fee is based on a variable conversion rate and can be "up to 3%", the final amount you receive may have a tiny variation. This bonus is our best-effort way to cover that cost for you.
Payoneer's fees can change, and the exact rate is shown to you during the withdrawal process. For the most up-to-date general information, you can always check Payoneer's official Pricing Page and their Help Center.
➡️Eligibility Requirement
Please remember, as detailed in our Performance Metrics: Your Overall Reliability policy, maintaining a low Overall Cancellation Rate is key. To be eligible for this bonus, your Overall Cancellation Rate for the pay cycle must not be above 3%.
